When a cause has really touched someone’s life, family and friends often wish to honour this in a special way through in memoriam donations.

Thank you for choosing to support the Queen Elizabeth’s Foundation for Disabled People - please accept our heartfelt condolences on your loss.

Friends and family often like to pay tribute to their loved one through a donation in lieu of sending flowers, this is a wonderful way to remember and honour their life and support a cause that was close to their heart and important to them.

At present the Covid-19 pandemic has had a catastrophic impact on UK funerals and in memory giving. As a result, many people are planning future memorial services to remember their loved ones - when things are more settled, and attendance is not impacted.

Here are a few options for supporting your in memoriam collection:

Your funeral director would be able to help you with the relevant arrangements. Alternatively, if the funeral is impacted by Covid-19 related restrictions, and you plan to hold a memorial service at a later date, there are a few online websites that allow you to set up an online in memory page that you can share with your friends and family to make it easier for them to make a donation. You can also use our QEF donate page to do this:

Should you wish you can use our envelopes to collect donations at a funeral or memorial service. You have the option to donate by card or cheque and the opportunity to Gift Aid your donation.

All in memoriam donations enable us to support more disabled people and provide greater rehabilitation to people with acquired brain injuries.

Thank you.
