Join us at Epsom Racecourse for the annual QEF Ladies Spring Lunch.
Enjoy a coffee as you browse over 50 handpicked fashion, beauty and homewares stalls selling a range of luxury items, many of which you won't find on the high street.
Once you have seen all that our stallholders have to offer, make your way to our drinks reception to enjoy a chilled glass of wine (or juice if you prefer) before moving into our Lunch Suite for a delicious two course lunch.
After lunch you will have to opportunity to hear from Rosemary Shrager a celebrity chef and author. Rosemary is a talented chef who has years of experience in restaurant kitchens and renowned cookery schools - a powerful combination! She is passionate about food and she teaches with an infectious enthusiasm.
She worked for Pierre Koffman at the famous Tante Claire restaurant in London and also for the world-renowned chef Jean-Christophe Novelli.
Outside of these famous kitchens, she is best known for appearing on many TV cookery programmes including Ladette to Lady, Rosemary Shrager’s School for Cooks, This Morning, The Alan Titchmarsh Show, and as a judge on Soapstar Superchef. All proceeds raised from this event will go towards building a state of the art Occupational Therapy Kitchen in our new specialist Care & Rehabilitation Centre. The centre will be home to QEF’s Neuro Rehabilitation Services and will deliver specialist brain injury rehabilitative therapies to the highest standards.
The therapy room will be used by occupational therapists to help clients re-learn basic cooking and daily living skills, develop an understanding of sequencing and to promote independence. It will provide an environment for clients to receive support, regain essential life skills and grow in confidence.
