We’d always prefer to put right any problems as soon as they happen. So if you have a problem with QEF, please tell us about it and we will do our best to resolve it. We want you to be confident that you can trust us.
If you prefer to put your complaint in writing, we’ll let you know we’ve received it within five working days. We’ll then review the details and get back to you within 15 working days.
If you feel that we haven’t resolved your complaint, please contact us again. We’ll tell you we’ve received your follow-up within five working days, then we’ll review the issue and get back to you within 15 working days.
If you still don’t feel your complaint has been dealt with satisfactorily, you can appeal. We’ll let you know we’ve received your appeal within two working days. Your appeal will be overseen by our Chief Executive, who will respond within 15 working days.
