After volunteering at QEF in September 2015 Paolo, Rebecca, Nick and Nicholas were inspired to use what many of us take for granted and run the London Marathon 2016.

With the blessing of family and friends they set off into the dark winter nights training and fundraising. Inspired by their efforts fellow team members in London and colleagues based in Singapore starting making hugely generous donations on their webpage.  Temasek then took our breath away by match funding all these donations and the final total was £26,001.76p.

Our sincere thanks go to Paolo, Rebecca, Nick and Nicholas, as well as all at Temasek who were involved in making this such a fantastic event.

“It’s an emotional rollercoaster from start to finish but I’m delighted to have completed the race for such a worthy cause. The feeling you get when you cross the finish line is a memory that will last forever.” Rebecca Vaughan, Associate Director, Europe Office (Finance).
